§ 133.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The violation of any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not otherwise provided, shall be punished as set forth in § 130.99.
   (B)   A person convicted of violating § 133.23 shall be guilty of an offense punishable by a fine not in excess of $500, or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 60 days, or both.
