(A) The operator of any adult entertainment establishment shall register with the City Manager the name and address of its president or owner prior to commencing business within the city or, if already existing, within 30 days of the adoption of this section.
(B) It shall be unlawful for the operator of any adult entertainment establishment to admit on the premises any person under the age of 18 years.
