§ 133.01 HYPODERMIC SYRINGES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, distribute, or possess any hypodermic or injection syringe or needles unless the sale, distribution, or possession is by virtue or under authority of a written prescription, properly executed by a person authorized to execute prescriptions for medicine and drugs in the manner and in accordance with the laws of the state.    (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to dispose of any hypodermic or injection syringe or needle unless the injection syringe or needle is broken and rendered incapable of further use.
   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished in accordance with the provisions of § 133.99.
