§ 132.04 LITTERING, VANDALIZING PROHIBITED.
   No person shall litter on or cause to be littered on any land, whether private or public, any trash, rubbish, debris, refuse, garbage, or other substance, or damage or cause to be damaged any property, whether private or public, by any acts of vandalism, malicious mischief, or other similar acts.
