§ 132.03 DAMAGE TO PROPERTY BY MOTOR VEHICLE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful and an act of vandalism for any person to operate a motor vehicle on public or private property which causes damage to lawns, shrubs, trees, or other property.
   (B)   This section shall apply to the operator of the motor vehicle as well as the owner of the motor vehicle, and it shall be unlawful for the owner of the motor vehicle to permit the use of the motor vehicle by any other individual so as to violate the provisions of this section.
   (C)   Any individual, corporation, or firm found guilty of violating this section shall be subject to a penalty in accordance with § 130.99.
