§ 132.02 THEFT OR LARCENY OF MOTOR VEHICLES OR BICYCLES.
   (A)   The terms used herein shall be defined as set forth in state law governing petty larceny and motor vehicles.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of the theft or larceny of a motor vehicle or bicycle shall, upon conviction thereof, be imprisoned for a period of not less than ten days, and shall in addition thereto be subject to the penalties of § 130.99.
