It shall be unlawful for any person to wantonly, wilfully, or maliciously mar, deface, injure, or mutilate any of the city buildings, vehicles, equipment, furniture, streets, signs, traffic signs, traffic-control equipment, or any other property of the city, or to cause the same to be done.
