§ 131.01 PLACING INJURIOUS SUBSTANCES IN HALLOWEEN TREATS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for anyone to inject into or in any way place injurious substance whatsoever into any candy, gum, apple, popcorn ball, or any item given to children during the celebration of Halloween.

(B) Any person violating division (A) of this section shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 130.99.
