§ 130.02 RESISTING OR REFUSING TO ASSIST POLICE OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to resist or oppose, or to refuse to assist when called upon so to do, the Chief of Police or any other member of the police force, or any other person with the power of arrest, in the discharge of his duties under the law.
