(A) It shall be unlawful to commit within the city any act which is or shall be recognized by the laws of the state as a misdemeanor.
(B) All fines and forfeitures received by the county court system from violations of ordinances committed within the city shall be paid monthly to the city, in addition to any other fines and forfeitures received by the county court system that are required to be paid to the city as otherwise provided by law.
