§ 94.53 ENFORCEMENT OF CITY ANTI-LITTER REGULATIONS AND THE FLORIDA LITTER LAW.
   (A)   The provisions of this subchapter shall be enforced and carried out by the city’s police officers and Code Enforcement Officers.
   (B)   Every officer and member of the Police Department of the city and every Code Enforcement Officer of the city shall have the same rights, duties, and obligations of enforcing the provisions of this subchapter and the Florida Litter Law in accordance with F.S. § 403.413, as amended.
