§ 94.52 SIGNS PROHIBITING AND DISCOURAGING LITTER ON CITY STREETS.

The city shall erect signs, and where appropriate, coordinate efforts with the Florida Department of Transportation to erect signs discouraging and prohibiting littering on designated city streets in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter, F.S. Chapter 403, Part I, and the City Sign Code. (Ord. 1086, passed 8-3-94)
