§ 94.31 WHEN VEGETATION TO BE CLEARED FROM LOTS.
   The owner, lessee, or occupant of any lot, tract, or parcel of land in the city shall cut and clear the land of weeds and useless vegetation on or before May 15, August 15, October 15, and February 15 of each year.
