§ 93.12 APPROVAL OF FIRE CHIEF REQUIRED.
   The designation of fire lanes or fire zones on private property shall be accomplished as specified by the City Fire Chief or a subordinate appointed by him to perform this duty. Signs shall be posted designating such fire lanes or zones.

§ 93.13 MAINTENANCE.
   The maintenance of all designated fire lanes and fire zones shall be the sole responsibility of the owner of the private property upon which they are located.

§ 93.14 PARKING WITHIN FIRE LANE OR ZONE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle, including automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, motorbikes, or any other vehicles, on, or to obstruct in any way, method, or manner by whatever means on private property which has been designated as a fire zone or fire lane or within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.

§ 93.15 ISSUANCE OF CITATION FOR VIOLATION.
   It shall be the duty of any city police officer to issue a citation to any person who violates any of the provisions of this subchapter.

§ 93.16 APPEALS OF PARKING CITATIONS.
   Any person receiving a citation for a violation of § 93.14 may appeal the citation pursuant to § 70.02 of this code.
