§ 91.02 BIRD SANCTUARY.
   (A)   The city is hereby declared a bird sanctuary.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to hunt, wound, molest, injure, or kill any birds or related wildlife in the lands embracing the city.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to capture except for the preservation of the health and welfare of the public, for resale or private use, any birds or related wildlife in the city.
