§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not already provided shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $500, or imprisoned for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both.

   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of § 90.01 shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $500, or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both.
