§ 90.10 CHIEF OF POLICE TO BE CUSTODIAN; RECORDS TO BE KEPT.
   The Chief of Police is designated as the custodian of all lost, confiscated, impounded, captured, or abandoned property coming into the possession of officers or employees of the city. He shall keep proper, adequate, and complete records of the acquisition, how acquired, and the final disposition made of the same, or of the proceeds of the sale of the same.
