§ 33.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates § 33.04 shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both.

   (B)   Any person found guilty of the willful violation of § 33.21 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $250, or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. The violation of § 33.21 shall further constitute malfeasance and any person found guilty of violation of § 33.21 shall forfeit his office, position, or employment, including all benefits or rights applicable thereto.
