§ 33.65 DEBT MANAGEMENT POLICY.
   The city hereby provides a Debt Management Policy, incorporated by reference herein, to provide structure and regulation to the city’s debt process. Copies of the policy are to be kept by the City Clerk and are to be available for public inspection.
