§ 33.61 CUSTODIAN DUTIES.

The City Finance Director is designated as custodian of the funds of the city, and is empowered, within the confines of this section, to prudently invest the funds of the city. Any investment advisor or manager retained by the city shall invest city funds in accordance with the Investment Policy through a custodian bank or trustee approved by the city.
