The city hereby provides a Derivative Debt Management Policy, incorporated by reference herein, to establish guidelines for the use and management of all interest rate exchange agreements incurred in connection with the incurrence of debt obligations. Copies of the Policy are to be kept by the City Clerk and are to be available for public inspection.
