§ 33.40 PENALTY IMPOSED; DUE DATE.
   The City Commission permits the imposing of a 1% penalty per month on past-due invoices owing to the city. The penalty shall be imposed on the thirtieth day after the invoice becomes first due and payable. The penalty shall be imposed each month until the invoice is fully paid to the city.
