§ 33.30 ADOPTION; AMENDMENT.
   (A)   The safety program, which is made a part hereof by reference, is adopted as and for the city’s safety program. The employees and officials of the city shall be governed by the terms and provisions of the safety program.
   (B)   The terms and provisions of the program may be amended from time to time by the City Commission.
