§ 33.22 APPLICATION, SCOPE OF REGULATIONS.
   (A)   This subchapter shall not affect any employee holding employment upon the effective date of this section (July 21, 1975).
   (B)   The City Manager shall approve all outside employment by any employee of the city from and after the effective date of this section (July 21, 1975).
