§ 33.12 NONOWNERSHIP LIABILITY COVERAGE.
   The city shall carry nonownership liability coverage for not less than $250,000 each person and $500,000 per occurrence bodily injury and property damage combined single unit. In no event shall required limits be less than state law waiver units.
