§ 33.05 FEES FOR COPYING AND RESEARCH OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      (1)   CHARGE. The amount which the city may bill a member of the public requesting documents held by the city.
      (2)   LABOR CHARGE. The hourly rate of pay for the individual researching of copying documents together with a 30% employee benefit surcharge.
      (3)   PUBLIC. Residents or non-residents of the city requesting documents held by the city.
   (B)   The public shall be charged for copying and research of city documents pursuant to the following formula:
   (labor charge x time spent) + (number of copies x $.15 per copy) = total charge to requesting party.
