The actions, decisions and recommendations of the Education Advisory Board shall not be final or binding on the City Commission but shall be advisory only. The Board or its members shall coordinate all recommendations for improvement in education matters in the city with the City Commission through the City Manager, or his or her designee, and shall not interact directly with city administration and staff, except for the purpose of inquiries, investigations, and observations consistent with the provisions of § 3.07 of the City Charter.
