The actions, decisions and recommendations of the River of Grass Cultural Arts Center shall not be final or binding on the City Commission, but shall be advisory only. The Board or its members shall coordinate all recommendations on behalf of the Center with the city and shall not interact directly with city administration and staff, except for the purpose of inquiries, investigations, and observations consistent with the provisions of § 3.07 of the City Charter.
