The actions, decisions and recommendations of the Pembroke Pines Charter School Advisory Board shall not be final or binding on the City Commission, but shall be advisory only. The Board or its members shall coordinate all recommendations for improvement in the operation of the Pembroke Pines Charter Schools through the Charter School Principal and shall not interact directly with the Charter School administration and staff, except for the purpose of inquiries, investigations, and observations consistent with the provisions of § 3.07 of the Pembroke Pines Charter.
