§ 32.078 OPERATION OF DEPARTMENT.
   The Chief of the Fire Department with the approval of the City Manager, shall establish such rules and regulations as are deemed necessary for the proper operation and functioning of the Fire Department. The City Manager shall be responsible for the conduct and administration of the Fire Department. (‘69 Code, § 5-102) (Ord. 249, passed 2-16-71; Am. Ord. 1697, passed 9-7-11)
