(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 51.15 to 51.21, except § 51.20, shall be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit set by the Board for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
(2) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (B)(1) above shall be guilty of misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $100 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
(C) (1) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 51.43 shall be guilty of misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $100 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
