(A) The use of plants not listed on the Payson Native and Low Water Use Plant List for industrial, commercial, and multifamily residential landscaping is prohibited.
(B) Irrigation systems shall be of the drip irrigation type and smart controllers (programmable, climate-based) must be installed on all new commercial landscape irrigation projects.

As set forth in Res. 2767, the language in § 50.64 shall be amended upon the Water Division Manager indicating to the Council at a public meeting that water from the C.C. Cragin Reservoir is available for use in the town’s water system.
