§ 150.02 DUTIES OF BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR.
   The City Building Administrator shall be responsible for the general administration of this chapter and ensure that all development activities under the jurisdiction of the city meet the requirements of this chapter. The City Building Administrator shall be responsible for receiving applications and examining the plans and specifications for the proposed construction or development. After reviewing the application, the City Building Administrator shall require any additional measures which are necessary to meet the minimum requirements of this chapter.
