(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter, except § 115.35, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating § 115.35 shall be fined not less than $200 nor more than $500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues.
