§ 115.37 CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for anyone having a Class B license to sell or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises where sold, or to permit the same to be consumed on the premises where sold.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for anyone having a Class A license to sell or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor other than beer for consumption on the premises where sold.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for anyone having a Class D license to sell or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor other than beer for consumption on the premises where sold.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for anyone having a Class E license to sell or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor other than beer or wine for consumption on the premises where sold.
