(A) Whoever shall violate a provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 93.01 et seq. shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $750 for each offense.

(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 93.20 et seq. shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $200 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(D) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 93.35 et seq. shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $200 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which such nuisance continues unabated after ten days from receipt of the notice above mentioned.
(E) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 93.52 shall be fined $100 for each day that they are in violation.
