§ 92.28 ESTABLISHMENT OF FIRE LANES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY DEVOTED TO PUBLIC USE.
   The fire lanes referred to in Section 28.16 of the Fire Prevention Code are established as follows: in the area commonly used as an alley between Holmes Street and Center Street in the city.
