(A) All parks and recreation areas under the jurisdiction of the city shall be closed from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. daily.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this section shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurred or continues.
