(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $750 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or in which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) In addition to any other remedy provided by law, any person violating any of the provisions of § 51.51 shall become liable to the city for any expenses, loss or damage occasioned by the city by reason of such violation.
