In computing the amounts due under the terms of this subchapter based upon the water meter readings, it is hereby determined that the number of gallons used shall be rounded to the nearest 100 gallons and that the number of gallons so determined divided by 1,000 shall then be multiplied by the rate per 1,000 gallons of water used as determined under either § 51.66 or § 51.68.
