§ 37.05 PARTIES AUTHORIZED.
   The Mayor, Chief of Police, Superintendent of the Street Department and Superintendent of the Water and Sewer Department, and City Comptroller be, and they hereby are, authorized to make purchases pursuant to the provisions of § 37.03.
