6-1-5: VIOLATIONS:

Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, on conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not less than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) nor to exceed seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation. Each day during which a violation continues beyond the specified time for correction shall constitute a separate punishable offense. (Ord. 21-05, 3-8-2021)
