No rural mail or letter box shall be placed in the ditch along any street or roadway in the village in such a way that the placement thereof will obstruct or otherwise interfere with the cleaning and general maintenance of said ditch. The box must be placed so that it may be safely and conveniently served by carriers without leaving their conveyances. (Ord. 73-10, 9-10-1973)
