A person charged with a violation of this chapter shall on conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
A person convicted of any second or subsequent violation of this chapter, or violation of the Illinois vehicle code while operating a golf cart, shall have his or her permit revoked for a period of twelve (12) months. (Ord. 16-04, 4-25-2016)
