The chief of police may summarily suspend, for up to six (6) months, the golf cart permit of any person found by the chief to be in violation of any provision of this chapter. A person whose permit has been suspended may within fourteen (14) days thereof request a hearing before the village board, and if the board finds the suspension to have been unwarranted, the permit will be reinstated.
