5-3-1: WEIGHT RESTRICTION:

It shall be unlawful, except as set forth in section 5-3-2 of this chapter, to operate any truck or other vehicle on any street in the village when the gross weight of such truck or other vehicle exceeds twenty thousand (20,000) pounds. (Ord. 88-8, 4-11-1988)
