3-3-7: VIOLATION:

Any person violating section 3-3-4 or 3-3-5 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject of a fine of not less than three hundred seventy five dollars ($375.00) or more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), and in addition, shall be liable to reimburse the village for any landfill or hauling fees caused by the violation.
