3-3-4: PLACEMENT OF LANDSCAPE WASTE:
All domestic landscape waste deposited at the burn pile shall be placed inside an area which will be clearly marked and delineated by the village street department. No person shall deposit domestic landscape waste outside the area so marked and delineated, or during times when the burn pile is not open to the public. (Ord. 14-08, 5-12-2014)
