A. Highway 25:
1. Council Finding: It will promote motorist and pedestrian safety to establish a uniform speed limit for Idaho State Highway 25 located within the Paul city limits. The maximum speed limit established by this section is lower than the maximum speed limit established by the Idaho department of transportation for Highway 25 located within the Paul city limits.
2. Speed Limit Established: The maximum speed limit for Highway 25 located within the Paul city limits is thirty five (35) miles per hour. (Ord. 2007-6, 5-9-2007)
