A. Limitations On Turning Around And U-Turns: Except at intersections, the driver of any vehicle in the city shall not turn such vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction upon any street.
B. No Turns; Signs Posted: The public works director is hereby authorized to determine those locations in the city at which drivers of vehicles shall not make right, left or other turns, and shall place proper signs at such locations.
Whenever authorized signs are erected indicating that no right or left or other turn is permitted, no driver of a vehicle shall disobey the directions of any such sign.
C. Notice Of Provisions: The public works director is hereby authorized to give notice of this section upon or at entrance to the city as may be most appropriate, as required by Idaho Code section 49-208.
D. Violations: It is an infraction for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required under the provisions of this section. (Ord. 352, 2-10-1988; amd. 1989 Code)
